The juvenile accepts. II. Proper arrangements with the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance and the Ministry of Education and Culture have been made. III. The juvenile is a suitable person to attend the course based on the report of the officer of the welfare services. The juvenile should (under probation order): I. Report and cooperate with the representative Officer of the Welfare services. II. Inform the representative Officer of any change in his/her address. III. Follow lessons that the Court and the representative Officer will determine. The court order should record in detail the work or training that the juvenile should accept, the hours needed to be performed and the time within which he/she must complete the obligation. In case the juvenile fails to comply with any one of the terms of the probation order or be arrested using drugs or other addictive substances, then the supervisor prepares a new Report and he/she is brought before the Court. The Court, without being affected by the continuing validity of the probation order, may impose fine not exceeding one hundred euro, or cancel the order and treat the juvenile, within the limits of its jurisdiction, in any way the court would have the power to manipulate him/her, if he/she had just been condemned for the above offense.
