In relation to the juvenile offender, the Court usually tries to avoid imprisonment. But where this is deemed necessary by the Court in sentencing it is led to the punishment of the offender imposing imprisonment on the one hand because of the need to protect society and prevent other young people from committing the same crime and on the other side it takes into account the great benefit that will emerge in society by reforming the young criminal, (if this reform can be achieved by the inclusion of young offenders in prison).
